• Delivery Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, or courier-related delays.
• Incorrect Address: We will attempt to contact customers before dispatch if an address issue is identified.
• Re-delivery: Additional shipping charges for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer unavailability will be borne by the customer.
• Damaged Orders: Please report damaged deliveries within 48 hours with clear photographs.
